Prospective students considering applying for postgraduate scholarships are welcome to contact us now for information on projects or to arrange a visit to the Kolling Institute. Candidates are encouraged to take a look at the group pages of the Kolling Institute as well as Research Supervisor connect.
Initial contact can be made through the Kolling Institute's postgraduate coordinator Dr Carolyn Scott or directly to the potential supervisor.

Regenerative Medicine Symposium - opportunities and challenges
- Date: Thursday 2 July 2009, 9am - 5pm

The University of Sydney Cancer Research Symposium
- This will cover basic science with translational strategies through to psychosocial research and research conducted in multidisciplinary teams. Funding opportunities from the major cancer funding bodies will be discussed, as will consumer participation in planning grant applications.
- The overall theme of the meeting is: 'Succeeding in research translation'. The program will be divided into the following sessions:
Session I: Bench to Commercialisation and Beyond
Session II: Multidisciplinary Translational Research - Approaches and Considerations
Session III: Insights from the Bench
